When a contractor you've hired needs property access, we coordinate the appointment, meet them on-site, grant and log access per our Key & Access Control Policy, and verify the work was completed as described before they leave. Billed in one-hour increments with a one-hour minimum. We confirm the contractor carries their own insurance before granting access.
